Shipping/Returns

New Zealand orders:

Orders over $120.00 shipping is free.

All New Zealand orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of despatch, however please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. 

 

International orders:

Orders over $200.00 NZD shipping is free

We expect delivery within 5-10 working days from the time of despatch. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days please contact us and we will resolve your issue.

 

Returns:

Only full priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale items are final.

Our refund policy is 30 days. We can only offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with swing tags attached.
